By accessing or using ParkLess, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use of Service
ParkLess provides information regarding daily parking availability. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
3. Real-Time Data
While we strive for 100% accuracy, parking availability is subject to change. ParkLess is not responsible for spots that become occupied between the time of viewing and arrival.
4. Payments & Cancellations
Your card is charged in full at the time you confirm a reservation. You may cancel a reservation free of charge within 5 minutes of booking it, and the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. After this 5-minute window, cancellations are still permitted, but they are non-refundable — the amount charged will not be returned.
5. Liability
Wright AI Solutions, LLC is not liable for any damages, theft, or tickets incurred while using suggested parking locations. Users are responsible for obeying all posted local parking signs and regulations.
