Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. If you register a vehicle, we collect its size class and approximate dimensions to help match you to spots it fits.

If you list a parking spot, we collect the property's address, exact map coordinates, and any photos you upload, along with your name, email, and phone number as the homeowner contact for that listing.

We do not store your card number ourselves — payment details are handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor (see below). We do store a reference to your saved payment method and homeowner payout account, which lets us charge or pay out without seeing your card or bank details.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to operate the marketplace: matching renters to spots, processing reservations and payments, paying homeowners out automatically, and communicating with you about your account or a booking.

3. Who We Share Information With

We use a small number of service providers to run ParkLess, each of which processes some of your data on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing and, for homeowners, payout accounts.
• Supabase — our database and account authentication.
• Vercel — hosting for the website itself.
• OpenStreetMap — the map tiles shown on the site (your approximate map view is requested from their servers as you browse).

We don't sell your personal information.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no internet transmission is ever fully secure.

5. Your Choices

You may update or correct your account information at any time from Account Settings.

You can delete your account from the same page, which removes your name, phone number, vehicle info, and saved card. Reservation and payout records stay on file for financial recordkeeping, no longer tied to any personal information.

6. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to Wright AI Solutions LLC through the contact information on our website.
